Real Estate Salesperson requirements (PH, september 2019)

 hello, this is merichel paz your realtor from filipino homes. I Just submitted all the requirements at the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) for the real estate sales person license.
these are the requirements:

signed form with stamp, the form is free you just request it at the counter and you need the signature of your broker in the form.

 It cost Php450.00 for the license process.

college certificate of minimum, 2 years completion.

(15 units training credits certificate) the training cost php3,500.00-php4,500.00

3 copies of the broker's license you are under with 3 signatures each

1 original NBI, i got my NBI at shopwise mambaling, cebu city. it only took me 10 minutes. and paid Php255.00

I paid Php83.00 for the Cedula. I got this at barangay multipurpose hall infront of ACT and Emall.

I also suggest 4:00pm at Robinsons galleria, 3rd floor. at this time this is how you avoid from lining and too much crowd. because applicants line every early morning.
